I had a lot of fun hunting down these awesome designs. If only I had my own house to use them! But this has really inspired me to design my own wallpaper/decals in the near future. Tess's wallpapers coming soon? I think so! : )

First of all, I love fairy tales and this lovely book includes 969 fairytale stories!! So this is an absolute treasure for me! It's so cute and vintage looking, plus red is my favorite color. It's a great coffee table book and a wonderful bedtime-story-time reader. This will keep my occupied for a long time!

This is probably one of my favorite editorials from this month! It's really fun and creative and the photography is awesome. I especially love the whole color scheme; very soft and calming.

These vintage cups are called, Fireking Peach Lustre Anchor Hocking Cups. I really love these. They are very delicate and dainty looking, making them the perfect tea cup to bring to any tea party! I think they are beautifully crafted and I'm always on the hunt for them when I go thrifting!

Be creative! Make your own vintage dresser!

Photobucket
I came across this cute turquoise vintage dresser that I love! With it's popping red handle knobs, bright turquoise color, and vintage appeal; it totally caught my attention. It reminded me of something I made similar to this dresser:Photobucket
All you need is:
-turquoise paint
-sand paper
-hammer, sharp utensils
-wood stainer
And all you have have to do is paint it, beat the heck out of it, and roughen it up with anything you can think of. Very fun and easy to do instead of wasting money on a ridiculously priced vintage piece!

Who ever though hand dancing could look so cool?!

Photobucket
Irish dancers Suzanne Cleary and
Peter Harding have toured with big-name shows like the Riverdance and the Magic of Dance. But two years ago, they decided to create something unique and left the mainstream scene behind; with which they created, "Up and Over it". They have now reached over two million hits on youtube, and are featured on the newest McDonald's commercial. How cool!

Tba, To Be Adored

Tba's fall/autumn collection 2010- I absolutely loved Tba's fall collection. I fell in love the first time I saw all of the looks and wished I owned every single item! So I decided this to be my first post for my blog.

What I love to do is finding things outside of the fashion industry that bring the fashion designs/looks to life.
So here's what I found:
-polka-dot shirt and skirt: inspired from the details of the cupcake
-white dress: inspired from the silhouette and structure of an igloo
-velvet dress: inspired from the texture and color of the orange flowers
